📸 Proof Requirement
- Customers must provide clear photos or videos of the damaged/defective product for verification.
🔁 Replacement / Refund
- Once the issue is verified, we will offer:
- Replacement of the product, OR
- Refund (if replacement is not available)
💰 Refund Process
- Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after approval.
- Amount will be credited to the original payment method.
🚫 Non-Returnable Items
- Products that are not damaged or defective
- Items returned without original packaging
- Customized or special orders (if applicable)
